Rosa’s team was friendly, thorough, helpful, transparent, always checked in with me weekly and answered all of my questions. They also worked great as a team which made them more accessible, and they provided great service. They made my first home purchase easier and understandable every step of the way. They went above and beyond to send thoughtful gifts once the loan closing process was underway. They sent a stress relief kit, snack kit and packing supplies at the perfect times. I had previously tried to work with other lenders who didn’t put in the same amount of effort or care into working with me like Rosa’s team. Thankfully I ended up with Team Rosa. I highly recommend them and I will definitely do business with them again! Thank you Rosa and Laura!

If I could add more stars I would!! Rosa created a phenomenal lending "TEAM" that goes WAAAYYY above and beyond just being a lender!! Rosa and the team were right there with offering help with the application, scrubbing the app, strategic lending options that people don't know exist!! They're detailed and thorough with everything you would need to present as a strong buyer. While going through the crazy market when homes were flying off the market, at the very SECOND we sent a text or email they were on it with an approval letter with our offer AND a courtesy call to the seller to ensure they knew I was an approved buyer. Outbound calls offering any additional assistance, daily and weekly updates/meetings to come along side of you through each step of the process from offer accepted, with everything in between to closing! They made you feel like family, even after your home purchase! You'll be shocked at how smooth and relaxing they make you feel knowing they've got your back every step of the way!!!
