We broke ground in the summer of 2023 on our home so we are now past the warranty period and have been very happy with our home. I initially reached out to Rotelle in 2022 (Covid) when the prices of all building materials just kept increasing and we were actually just wondering if we could even afford to build a home like we had hoped. We already had the land but we were just looking for a builder. Crystal did a great job explaining the process and breaking down the various aspects of building cost- site work, construction, ... read more
Rotelle was a solid choice. We moved here from California and spoke with 5 different builders. Rotelle was the most organized and experienced. Rotelle is an outstanding builder and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a custom project. They are customer-oriented and work with you through every step of the process to ensure you're informed. There is no limit to their creativity or capabilities and are committed to your satisfaction the whole way - even through the warranty period. They were quick to address anything that came up after we moved in which was appreciated. Highly professional, a joy to work with, and a top-notch quality home. Can't ask for more!
We used Rotelle Builder for an in law suite addition to our house. From the design team, to the site manager, to the Warranty team, it was a GREAT experience. They were very professional, stayed on the schedule, communicated very well . Anyone who has done projects knows those are NOT givens! We have recommended them to many people so we wanted to take a minute and share this Great News Story on Google. Thank You for a Job Well Done!
Our experience with Rotelle with building our new home has been Great! They built us a Beautiful Home! Everyone in the office and all their vendors are very knowledgeable and did a Great Job! Once we started actually building, Jesse in the field, who we worked with, was very meticulous with the build and really showed he cared. We would recommend Rotelle to anyone looking to have a home built!
