All of the staff care about the dogs there and McKenzie is happy going to Rover Oaks. In the past my dog always got a bath ($25) before coming home. This time when I asked about it, I was told there weren’t any slots for a bath but there was a slot for a bath and groom. She had just been groomed so I didn’t want to pay for a grooming again. So she came home “dirty” after playing outside for a week with them. I think whoever made that policy change should rethink their decision.

My pup gets so excited when he sees the entrance to Rover Oaks. The entire team is always friendly and they truly seem to love what they do. Highly recommend!

The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. The groomers did a beautiful job on my pet. The trainer show affection for my pet, and I trust them completely for training and grooming, my dog.

Tex has boarded at Rover Oaks a few times now and we feel comfortable that he is being well looked after each time. From the initial greeting and asking (and keeping on file) his habits and needs, to receiving updates and pictures and a report card at the end of his stay we feel that the staff get to know his little personality really well. The staff is very friendly. and yet they were also professional, especially with my oh so unsocial shihtzu. They were very patient and understanding in trying to help her have a more positive experience while at doggie daycare. I highly recommend Rover Oaks for all your pets boarding and/or playing needs.

We split time between Rover Oaks and another doggy daycare but our girls like Rover Oaks the most. They are so excited to get in there. Tails wagging and racing right in. It makes me so happy to know they are happy to be there. I also like that they insist the pets shots are up to date and they even require the dog flu vaccine.
