Stock, purchase and shipping went very well. It was disappointing that Royal's only installation contact in Southern California never returned any phone calls or emails. Eventually we found a local team. The pool is very nice. The liner thick and beautiful. For some reason it's collects much less leaves, dirt and bugs than our prior pool. The water is always clear. Same pump and filter system. Quite pleased.

If they can GARUNTEE your entire kit is on stock go for it. The shipping was a nightmare (just ask Megan with Royal, she handled my damaged and missing items claims). When items go missing or get damaged the carrier points fingers at warehouse blaming lousy packaging and the warehouse blames the carrier claiming lousy handling.While those two figure it out you are stuck like chuck till someone claims responsibility for the damaged items. Royal has a good selection of above ground pools at a pretty good price too. If you are in the Memphis area, they even do the excavation and install for you. They are also one of if not the only company that will install a deep end for your above ground pool, which I thought was really cool! However, I rank as just 3 stars because the customer service has been pretty slow and/or non existent since taking my money. Royal pool was awesome to deal with! This was the first time I ever did this and was able to complete the project by myself! I don’t understand the other review that states you can’t contact them. I was able to call and get drawings emailed to me to help the process. Great company to work with and I got an awesome pool with a black liner and sun ledge. We love it!

Scott Ledford is a liar or his sales and support staff aren't trained correctly. I knew going into ordering a pool there could be delays for COVID. This was a $17,000 order so I didn't just hit "submit" on their site. I spoke to their staff in early May, before their warnings were on their site, and wanted to know what was "in stock" and what might be delayed. They reassured me the only thing that needed special ordered was the liner and I'd receive everything else in a few weeks, 3-4 weeks. This whole process took 3 months... read more
