Is this how you treat your customers? This is the third time that your trash workers have not picked up my trash. I set outside in my car as proof of them not picking up my trash. He did not pick up my trash for three weeks and I’ve called before and they’ve had to come back out before. He picked up the other people trash but not mine yet again. I called Rumpke on 3/15/21 to start service at our new home in Kettering OH. I was told the trash and recycling containers would be delivered in a few days. I have since called back 3 times and was told 2 of the three times I would receive a call back that never came. I was also told each times the containers should have and would be delivered in a timely manner. We have generated a fair amount of trash and recycling after this move and would like to deal with an honest company that does what it says it will do.

Our city switched to Rumpke because it was cheaper and their service reflects that. I've had two problems with them so far. I prefer using my own bins, so when the city said Rumpke would be dropping off bins, I contacted the company and was told I could use my own bins. Then they dropped off the bins any way and it took two months and numerous phone calls and emails to get them to pick them up. I have called their customer service every week for the past month after our trash was not picked up. They did pick up 1 time this month, only because I called and they arrived 48 hours later. We are current on our payment so there is no reason why our trash was not picked up. They are suppose to come Tuesday evening and I always put it out on Monday night- again- its now Thursday and no sign of a garbage truck. Terrible service. Trash has remained in the front of our house for 4 days and possibly more as I don't believe they will make a special trip on the weekend. Was told on several occasions that trash would be picked up within 48 hours of complaint. Yet, no one showed up. Rumpke was informed a week prior that there would be a large item (dishwasher) included with trash. Was informed that since this would be the first pickup of the month, there would no charge.
