Simply Wonderful! My experience couldnt have gone anymore efficiently! Super friendly and helpful agents. **** at Ruoff took over after another lender approved me for a conventional loan, which I did not meet requirements for. After that issues, they switched me to FHA, but that lender failed to tell me I needed to sell my house before getting my new house. You cannot have two FHA loans. This is where **** came in. He tried several attempts before accepting me as a client to fix what the other lender failed to do. Those options did not work. We switched everything over to **** at Ruoff.
