Great times wish I could stay there all summer long! Be going there for 12 plus year and gets better ever year! Very family oriented! Not like them big places up north! When the owner of the resort called you by your first and last name that means a lot after all these years we love coming up to see them! They they have great bands outside that little kids and adults love to dance to. Keep The good tradition going!!!!!!!!!! Thanks LeVesque Family

We are a family of 11. Our first time at Ruttgers. We didn’t know what to expect. This place is awesome! We lucked out on the weather. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful! A beautiful lake side lodge. Really nice dock space with very attentive assistance for rentals of various watercraft. Good fishing right off the docks too! An historic, rustic, clean, comfortable, friendly, family lodge/resort on beautiful Bay Lake. High recommended! Don’t miss Brainerd Zip Lines also! Safe and tons of excitement and fun!

We were there for Mother’s Day Brunch. Excellent view, food and service! What a delightful nostalgic atmosphere, pay to the grand old days of family owned northern resorts. Nothing old fashioned about the food! It was absolutely amazing! Drop by for a beer and dream about being on vacation there someday.
