Ryan was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout this process. It was really nice of him to send videos describing numbers, processes, etc. as opposed to just sending emails. He was helpful with answering our questions as first time homebuyers. Lastly, he sent Crumbl cookies at the end of the process to celebrate getting to the closing table which was a really nice touch :)
