Excellent showroom and selection. Nice polite ppl. A bit of a delay after my visit and I had to call twice to have the quotation sent to me. Quote was for ~$30K in product. Never received a follow up email or phone call. Figured if they weren't interested, neither was I so I went over to Richmond Carpet. Being installed Monday.
A good while back we remodeled our entire house fitting every room with new carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Aaron showed us high quality products after we advised him what we were looking for and fit within our budget. We love our carpet and we are more than satisfied with everything!! Angela was very helpful in helping me pick it out. She was so professional and the carpet layer Joe was very professional as well and did a good job! Thank you Ryan's Flooring!!
We recently had Ryan's Flooring repair our carpet due to our new puppy. Aaron was very helpful, friendly, honest, and got it repaired very quickly. The installers who came were just has friendly and helpful as we discussed our options. They did an amazing job! We will definitely return when we're ready to replace our flooring!
Aaron and his team are great to work with. Aaron talked to us and help us pick out the best floor for what we were looking for and even let us take sample home so we could make sure on the color before ordering. Most box stores make you pay for a sample just to see what color would look best at home not Ryan's!!! Once the floor was done it changed the appearance of the rooms drastically.
