Excellent showroom and selection. Nice polite ppl. A bit of a delay after my visit and I had to call twice to have the quotation sent to me. Quote was for ~$30K in product. Never received a follow up email or phone call. Figured if they weren't interested, neither was I so I went over to Richmond Carpet. Being installed Monday.
A good while back we remodeled our entire house fitting every room with new carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Aaron showed us high quality products after we advised him what we were looking for and fit within our budget. We recently had Ryan's Flooring repair our carpet due to our new puppy. Aaron was very helpful, friendly, honest, and got it repaired very quickly. The installers who came were just has friendly and helpful as we discussed our options. They did an amazing job! We will definitely return when we're ready to replace our flooring!
