From the initial consultation with Daniel in sales to working with Mike, the customer service manager, the process was handled with professionalism and care. I've gotten great pricing on BEAUIFUL laminate wood flooring from S&G Carpet in Cupertino. The young woman who answered the phone was patient, efficient, and got the job done right. I had some problems at first when I was installing the planks (the first time for me) and called to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone had installers call me the next morning. I had a great experience with my purchase and install with S & G Carpets of Cupertion. The sales person "Cam" was very helpful, easy to work with and provided some great suggestions. The installers were awesome. Their workmanship was outstanding. They took pride in their work, paid attention to details, they were on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend S & G.

I have contracted with S&G several times and have never been disappointed. Their sales force is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of materials. The timing to get the materials, this time around, took a little longer, but that’s the nature of the times. Once they had the material the rest of the process went well.
