I've gotten great pricing on BEAUIFUL laminate wood flooring from S&G Carpet in Cupertino. The young woman who answered the phone was patient, efficient, and got the job done right. I had some problems at first when I was installing the planks (the first time for me) and called to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone had installers call me the next morning. I have contracted with S&G several times and have never been disappointed. Their sales force is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of materials. The timing to get the materials, this time around, took a little longer, but that’s the nature of the times. Once they had the material the rest of the process went well. I had an overall positive experience with Customer Service when my bedroom carpet, installed in 2017, buckled along the center. It took some time to set up an appointment for this, but the service was performed by two very courteous gentlemen. They were efficient and did an excellent job of stretching and cleaning up when they were done. I was very pleased that this was done for no charge seven years after installation.
