We came to this area 7 years ago from California on Thanksgiving and found Ryan. Ryan was kind, patient and very accommodating with our hurried request to find a forever home in the MWV. We had an excellent experience with Ryan finding a place. He took us out during the hardest time in real estate for people who are not investors with tons of extra cash. We needed a place right after Covid when everything was being bought for more than it was worth, and he helped us negotiate a new build.
