The pool has never been clean or open for use. They only fix small issues. I've been without heat for 37 days and they claim they ordered a part to fix it but from where China? I would not recommend this place at all. The management is NEVER in office on site, you have to call around to other properties to get a hold of management.
This complex is in my immediate neighborhood and I was burglarized with property stolen with a market price of approx $5000 by 2 of the residents who live in this complex. They obviously don't screen there tenants for one of the thieves/residents has a long criminal history and reported gang affiliation. Management didn't even return my call when I reported this info to them. Thanks for making this a neighborhood to avoid due to potential criminal activity from their residents
Just moved in a little over a month ago and if it could go wrong it has here. Multiple issues with the unit from the start, and from speaking with the neighbors this has been an ongoing thing. Most of them are moving at the end of their leases. The corporation that owns this complex has no intention of maintaining a quality of standard. Nice and quiet apartments. The maintenance is quick. Management is effective in getting back to you quickly with any questions/concerns and friendly. All in all we have been very pleased with the complex.
The manager Amy is amazing with everything making sure that the application process was smooth and fast! So excited to make this complex our new home! Thank you Amy! You are awesome!!
