The 5 stars is for the people who work there. Specifically JD and Jason, I can't say enough about my experience working with them. Yes they want to make a sale, yes they want compensation so they can live indoors and eat food for survival just like everyone who works, salesmen also have basic human needs and people shouldn't expect them to work for free. However theres a difference between someone trying to make the biggest commission and a Salesman who is trying to provide the most value for their client's budget and knows what is fairly priced and what isn't. That is who JD and Jason are. They could've made the easy sale with me and went along with my misconceptions and made more money but neither wanted to rip me off. Which in the long run will make them more money because of course now I'm a loyal client opposed to a 1 time customer with buyers remorse. I will go back to those guys for whatever I need, even if its something I just want to order on my own I will go through them because I want them to get credit because I know they took care of me. I found out even more so after leaving the store and doing research.
I have been working in sales for nearly 20 years, have had extensive training on selling and building business and have been a top producer for most of my career. What I know is good salespeople are born not trained. To be a good salesperson you have to genuinely care about other people, if you don't your career will be short lived. Next you have to truly believe in what you're selling and finally you need to listen more than speak, prospects will tell you what they want, need and can afford. If what they want, need and can afford isnt available you go for need and can afford. If they can't afford what they need you tell them and move on. JD and Jason understand this process, they let me know my expectations on price weren't realistic and let me know what was realistic and then explained a more feasible way to purchase what I needed and gave me a great deal on the best product that fit my budget. I left the store feeling very happy about my purchase and still felt happy the next day.
