Founder, Sam Kinnaird started in the floor covering business back in 1968. In 1989, Sam, Jim Mudd and Merv Huber formed a new business and opened Sam Kinnaird’s Flooring. We currently have 2 retail locations. The Middletown store is located at 12314 Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Plaza. Our other location is at 1200 Gardiner Lane (on the corner of Poplar Level Road).

Our salesman was Chris Rogers. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chris. The installation was quick and professional. They did a wonderful job, we are extremely pleased with Sam Kinnairds flooring.
