My window for service was scheduled for 9-1 and the installer called and changed to 1-4 and showed up at 3. He said it would take 30 minutes and it took over an hour. When scheduling the original appointment I was asked if I had lane departure on my car, which I do but didn’t know it was going to require a 2nd appointment to get that calibrated.
