Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience - I reserved a double unit at Santa Ana Mini Storage a month in advance for staging furniture. On move-in day, after hiring movers and filling the truck, I arrived to find my reserved unit had been rented to someone else. Great customer service! They have a Spanish speaker, very welcoming, and great at advising for people without experience in purchasing storage units. The place is clean, and the paper work is easy to do. Only took a couple minutes to complete and we were able to move in the same day!

Came here today needed a storage asap! We got a grate deal. The manager David was so helpful! The whole transaction was really quick really recommend this place.
