Always accommodating and very helpful
Everything was pleasant and perfect.
Our first time to have our pets neutered. Staff and Doctor are very calm to comfort our so scary rabbits before the surgery. The clinic is clean and staff is gentle. The surgery went well and we came to pick up the two bunnies around 4 pm same day. They got free nails trim as well. No sign of bleeding nor pain so far. Seems they are still a little sedative lately during the first night. Hope everything get better tomorrow, the 2nd post-op day.
My cat and I highly recommend this hospital. The doctors are very compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. The office is also serene which is important because my cat is shy and gets scared easily. I had tried several different vets in the past, but this is the best one by far. And even though it's at a relatively far distance from our house, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I loved how friendly and clean this place was.
The doctor was really nice and there were no hidden costs which was good. He eased a bit of our worries and did a great job with Mochi.
