The greeter was very polite and pleasant to deal with. All of the staff were friendly.
Did ok however did fix the lower left rear panel that is lose.
I see no need to improve anything. On time, dealt with many pleasant, friendly & efficient staff, comfortable , bright waiting area with 3 TV options, reasonable wait time, wonderful choice of hot beverages, incentive for free oil change, offered transportation had it been required, all in all a very good experience & certainly a place to return to.
