Excellent original meeting resulting in a lease agreement for a new vehicle and the return of a former leased vehicle. Vehicle was found with features and options as agreed to in the original meeting and the transfer from our existing vehicle to our new lease went smooth. There were several issues after the deal as insurance papers had to be provided several times with additional visits to the dealership. Overall a pleasant experience with the Scherer team.
Appointment was for 7:30. I arrived and the attendant immediately checked the car and took it in for service. They completed everything to my satisfaction and I was out of there within an hour. Thanks again Frank
