Scottsdale Flooring America has a great selection of flooring and the experience in the store was positive. We chose wood-look plank tile flooring and the majority of the install went okay. I had to contact the company after install to come back and redo some grout work and clean up the mess the installers had left. The installers also managed to break a couple of landscape lights in my front yard and after several weeks I'm still waiting for some kind of resolution from the company to get these fixed or compensated for my l... read more
We worked with Connie and Todd and had the best experience possible. They did our granite kitchen counter tops and installed 760 sq. feet of engineered hardwood and we could not be happier with both our experience and the quality and cost of the job. Kudos to a great flooring company. This is the 4th project we have used them for in the last 16 years and they have always done a great job.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLOORING AMERICA OF SCOTTSDALE. They oversell product. Just finished wood floor in nursery; glue everywhere BTW, which they say they will comeback and remove, which we have tried unsuccessfully. Had nearly two full boxes of wood floor left at end of project (almost 40 SF). Tried to return one full box which was UNOPENED and unused. They would not allow a return and refund of the product that they oversold to me after they measured the room. Caveat emptor!
