Living at Seapath is so much fun, having a lot to see and do so close. Everybody is friendly, yet respects your space.
CrossPoint church where I attend is approximately 7 blocks and so many other great places are a nice walk or ride away.
Seapath is well maintained by a wonderful staff of people who I appreciate and feel comfortable socializing with occasionally.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the staff goes above and beyond! I recommend this property to anyone looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. They're spacious and quiet. I have residents above and below me but you never hear them.
