Very quiet and do not see very many people around. The complex is very peaceful, nice amenity center and pool area. I work a lot so it’s nice to have access to the 24 hour gym

Every thing is great! I really like the new stickers for parking it helps with residents get there parking spots. I just wish they came and checked a little more often I see a lot of cars without stickers

10 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, nice community. I love it all so far! The apartment felt brand new when I took it over and I have had no issues thus far a few weeks in!

quiet, nice, and beautiful place to live. there's even valet trash which helps a lot so i'm not running up and down stairs for trash. the gym is gorgeous and there's even a yoga studio

We absolutely love everything about living here. The neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. Amazing amenities. Maintenance is also awesome, they always come the day of and make sure all issues are fixed before leaving. Id recommend moving here to everyone!!
