It's been 6 months here already: now that summer has arrived we are enjoying the pool and walking the dogs in the surroundings... very quiet and everything is clean... and the office staff is very friendly. I love it

Seapath on 67th is a very accommodating community living space, with easy access to so many other places.
It’s walkable, near the city bus stop, and a 5 minute bicycle ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The office staff at Seapath enjoy promoting fun activities monthly, while encouraging new connections with other people and their pets. I really like living here. I am so close to the beach. If I don't feel like going to the beach, I can relax next to the pool. The complex is also adding hammocks down by the pond and I am excited about that.
