Since my last review, the breezeway is cleaner, garbage no longer accumulating Infront of several units, or garbage containers no longer left throughout the day in breezeway ; and/or filthy...dirty sneakers Infront of respective units. With the addition of no smoking sign and removal of bench and sand fill pail... in area once occupied by smokers, smokers have returned to the 67th Avenue walkway to smoke. Verified Renter I like living at SeaPath. I've been here for several year and even though the rent has increased significantly, the quality of the housing and the services of the leasing office are some of the best in the area. I looked at other places, visited similar and newer apartment but SeaPath is still very good. The staff and maintenance here are efficient and the property is still in very good shape. I highly recommend this place.
