We made the best decision ever to work with Select Floors! They did a very big job for **. They removed all our carpet upstairs and pulled up the old engineered glued wood downstairs to install luxury vinyl planks (CORETec Pro Plus Enhanced Planks Edinburgh Oak) throughout the whole house. We had a new floor installed and the existing floor refinished to match. The installation was good, but the stain did not match the previous color due to poor communication between management and crew. Stain and finish is spotty due to uneven sanding. After 20+ years the hardwood floors in our home were beginning to show some wear and we contracted with SelectFloors of Roswell to refinish our floors. After only two years of use, the finish on an area of approximately five square feet in the corner of our kitchen was completely gone. Upon contacting SelectFloors we were informed that there was a one year warranty and they refused to accept responsibility for correcting the very apparent sub standard work. Buyers beware.
