I have used Semanko Realty for 2 different home purchases and they have been exceptional. One of the homes was a very difficult purchase (short sale, IRS tax lien, etc) and they did eveything they could (and more) to make sure the transaction went through.

We used Semanko Realty to sell our house. Robin Humphrey was our agent . She did a fantastic job . Things moved slow at first. Then she suggested we do a drone fly over pictures and stage the inside.Sold with in a couple of weeks after doing that.
