Hooked us up with a great realtor. We got a house we love that was very competitive. Walking away happy.
Seth connected us to a terrific agent when we were having trouble finding one. We found a house that was a long-shot for us and he worked with the agent on a Saturday to help us put together the package that won the bidding war. We did, however, have some communication issues along the way, but all in all we're walking away happy.
This one required a lot of leg work and Seth stuck with it. As well as talking me off the ledge a few times.
Seth and his team were great at working with us to get all our paperwork ready and organized in a timely manner.
Seth was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and answered all of my first timer questions.
If I could give Seth and his team ten stars I would! They worked tirelessly through several obstacles, providing myself with top notch service from the very beginning right until closing. I am so grateful for the knowledge and advice Seth gave to me during the whole process. I would absolutely refer anyone I know to seek Seth and his group for their mortgage needs!
