We had an excellent experience working with Shane to refinance our rental property. He was always quick to respond. He communicated what was needed clearly. We forgot to cancel the autopay on our old loan, which required some extra, last-minute work on his part, but he was very understanding and helped us get the loan to close on time anyway. Thank you so much Shane!!! We'll definitely be back when we buy our next house :)

Shane was the greatest loan officer out there. From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands with the quality and support I received from him! During the process I dealt with several potential lenders, Shane was so patient with me and helped me through my loan with the lowest rate. Shane moved heaven and earth to get us a great deal, stayed focused, and did just that! We had a very tricky situation that caused most lenders to shy away, but Shane was fearless and got the job done. Shane was very helpful and professional. I felt that he was honest with me from the start. That's a rare quality these days, in my opinion. He explained all of my options very thoroughly and answered any question I had immediately. I honestly feel I received the best deal I could have and I have no regrets or second guessing. I also feel like I learned a lot about the loan process, as Shane explained things very well and put them in layman's terms.
