Michelle is great she went the extra mile with my insurance company. I love Kim my dental hygienist she is very personable and lessens my anxiety and makes me feel very comfortable in the chair. BTW this should be under my name Denise Contrael I am the patient. Jacqueline Sebastian is my daughter.
Staff is welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for the excellent dental care that I am receiving. My husband and I have been using this dental practice for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff. Many thanks Shannon Oaks. 5 out of 5 without a doubt.
I don't understand how anybody is giving this practice 5 starts. When this was Axiom, maybe 4 stars, but under the current management/owners, anything other than 1 is crazy. They do not come close to keeping their posted hours, they do not answer their phones, and they don't reply to email. As a patient, how are you supposed to contact the office for anything? My experience with Shannon Oaks Family Denistry,was a very pleasant one,The entire staff was friendly professional and eager to make me comfortable and to explain everything. I highly recommend Shannon Oaks Family Denistry ifyou are in need of dental work.
Even with the name change to Shannon Oaks from Axiom dentistry, the service remains the same and I wouldn’t change anything. The staff is great and provides great service to me
