My mother has been at Shannondale for three weeks after living at three other assisted living facilities and not being very happy. She raves about Shannondale's food, service and lovely accommodations. She is very happy and we have been impressed by the health care and the personal interest they take in each person who lives there. The nursing and Physical Therapists have been, by far, the most conscientious.

High price for not very good service. The food is probably the worst of any comparable cost nursing facility in the East Tenn area. I'd talk with the residents or their families before buying into this facility
