Joe and Robin was a great help with me trying to pick out carpet and VERY PATIENT! The carpet is wonderful the installers were wonderful and polite. I would recommend and have to several people already.. They even finished off a couple remnants I had left for runners for me which looks nice. The only thing I wished.. they could do a felt or some type of liner on the back . Because they still move some and constantly fixing it.. Thank you..

Shay’s installed our dining room carpet, and just installed living room carpet, it’s like walking on air excellent product, professional installation - their crew of two were fantastic the owners were super. They are now going to install bedroom carpet and kitchen luxury vinyl. I highly recommend them !
From the 1st visit to the Holland-Sylvania store... to the thank yous when the installers left..... working with Shay's was one great experience!!! Joe Sr. & Robin were so helpful in answering our questions about changing over from carpeting to premium vinyl in our living room... and in finding a great option for carpeting for our stairs and small hallway.
