The crew at Shays are the best. Experienced, and willing to answer any questions no matter how early in the process of shopping for flooring you are. Robin is fantastic at pulling samples that are just right for the project, she really has a detailed eye. Kind service, and wonderful installers, they will be my go to from now on.
We recently had new floors and carpeting put in our house. Robin and Joe were wonderful to work with. They were very thorough, and professional from going over all of the products they offer to the installation. The install teams did a great job with the work and clean up after. Thanks for a job well done.
Joe and Robin was a great help with me trying to pick out carpet and VERY PATIENT! The carpet is wonderful the installers were wonderful and polite. I would recommend and have to several people already.. They even finished off a couple remnants I had left for runners for me which looks nice. The only thing I wished.. they could do a felt or some type of liner on the back . Because they still move some and constantly fixing it.. Thank you..
I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe at Shay's Carpet. The initial meet and greet at the store, selection process, estimation at the house, scheduling, installation, and payment all went very smoothly.
