They did a great job. The floor is incredible. There was some minor furniture damage and the outside repair guy wasn't that responsive. Shelby Design made sure to keep on him to make sure the free fix was done. Mitch was great!
My experience on a large flooring job was a very good experience. From the salesman to the workers, everyone was polite, knowledgeable and hardworking. I got several quotes for the job and was pleasantly surprised that their price, timing, and quality were the best and their showroom in Shelby Twp is elegant and well stocked in every area of home design. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
