Great service, polite and helpful staff…., I absolutely love our tile. We have 2 dogs and this tile works perfectly for the paw patrol….looks like real wood but doesn’t scratch up like real wood…it’s perfect. Kenny and his team are great. Laying tile is an art and they do it very well. Super happy with the entire project and will post pictures soon.
When we built our new home our builder made several suggestions of places to look for tile. It wasn’t until we went to Shelton that we found a great selection of tiles we loved! We’ve had them come several times, to make some repairs and do our backsplash and we were thrilled with the job they did!
Dishonest company. Poor control over orders. Poor communication. Owner is never present in store but has to be consulted for every decision. Employees have NO empowerment. Very poorly run. I ordered tile and was told "it will take 10-14 days to arrive, although many orders arrive in less than 7 days". When it wasn't in after 14 days, I asked the employee what happens if I want a refund, and she told me worst case would be a 25% restocking fee on any unopened boxes, which I was fine with - even though it was not my fau... read more
Shelton tile did a wonderful job on our bathroom. They installed a new tile shower and flooring. I would not hesitate to use them again!
