Exceptional service. They knew exactly what I wanted and provided me with clear communication of how much it would cost. I love, love my new floors. We are remolding to sell our home and now I want to stay. :) we put them in our kitchen, bedroom and laundry room. It matches beautifully with the new paint. Thank you all at shop at home carpets! We are very happy with our experience with you all.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience! Salesman, Marvin, came to my house to start the process. We discussed items I needed. At some point after calling several times, he dropped off samples and that was it! Would not answer calls, no follow-up, no regard. I spent a couple weeks "trying" to work with this company and person. I would not waste my time! Use someone professional, not these guys! I actually had to dispose of their carpet samples after they set in my garage for months.
We had the best experience with Shop at Home! Between Lisa coming to do the estimate, Janel coordinating everything and always being available, and Joe doing an amazing job installing. We could not be more pleased. We had everything ordered and completed in two weeks!

We will never own anything they make!

This wouldn't have been a big deal, except the new installation dates meant that I would have to move several bookshelves of books by myself because my husband was unavailable at the new installation time. Shawn worked with me to come up with a solution that worked for all of us. He was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Ou... read more
