I saw the coupon on Angie's list for $99 installation and purchased it based on the good reviews and A rating. Chris Patterson came at the correct time and date. He measured the shower and gave me options for the hardware and type of glass.I called the office the next day and agreed to purchase the top of the line glass. I gave them a credit card number for half the purchase price upfront. We set an installation date at their earliest available time. The installers came at the correct time and date. They were very polite and courteous. They removed the old shower door and started the installation of the new door. After about 90 minutes of this they came out and apologized for not being able to continue, but the original measurement were wrong and part of the door had been incorrectly cut. They would have to come back at another time, but that Chris would call later that day or early the next. After a day or two, Chris called and apologized for the error in measuring. I called the office and they said the earliest they could finish the job was approximately 10 days out. The second set of installers came out on the correct day but were ~2 hours late. They were able to finish the installation. My concerns are: 1. Aren't measurementssupposed to be double checked? 2. We were without a main shower for ~2 weeks while we waited for the new glass and an open installation day. Couldn't they put us to the front of the line due to the inconvenience? 3. When they removed the old shower door, they filled 3 of the 8 existing anchor holes with clear silicone. One of the screws broke off in the wall (not unexpected, it was old). I filled the remaining 4 anchor holes with white silicone to better hide them. I could not get the broken anchor out and assumed they would. They did not. I now have 3 rather obvious "holes" in the tile and a rather ugly broken screw (partially hidden behind the new glass). 4. I had expected some follow up from the office about my satisfaction, how the installation went, etc. I also expected some sort of a "we're sorry we screwed up, here is 10% back". Nothing. The reason I waited so long to do this review was I was curious if they would get back in touch and I really did not want to write the review while still upset. Would I use them again? Maybe, but I will watch them like a hawk, double check everything as they do it,and question everything they tell me.
Came to house, measured shower, came back to install, re-measured, came back again to finish installation.`
