There aren’t enough words to capture the incredible experience we had with Shumate flooring. We were blown away with the affordability (we had a quote 2x what Brett quotes us!) the customer service was was superior to anywhere we’ve worked with before. They are personable, professional, provide quality work, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround. Truly a pleasure to have them do our flooring and can’t recommend them enough!

Very unhappy with the lack of Customer Service with problems that have begun since our install in April 2022. I would NOT recommend Shumate Flooring again, as I cannot even get a callback to discuss current problems. $7,000.00 floors should last longer than 4 months!!!!
