STAY AWAY This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff does not care about any of your apartments issues, and the maintenance team cares even less. Air conditioning broke multiple times for days at a time. When it was brought to the staff's attention that the air conditioning was blowing hot air and my apartment was 90 degrees inside they sent a maintenance guy who's way to fix it was to say to leave it off overnight because its overheated. Verified Renter My experience has been good overall. Other than the trash pickup service and the maintenance request process for emergency situations, I enjoy residing at signature ridge.

Verified Renter Great location, neighbourhood. Well priced and spacious apartments with lots of options in floor plans. My unit has lots of maintainance issues, was not move in ready at the time of my movein. Pest infestation. The main entrance gate is often broken.
Not Very Good These apartments are ok if you can live with the raccoons going through the abundant trash in the buildings and the dumpsters. We pay for Valet trash service and yet we go days without the service showing up, hence the abundant and multiplying raccoons. Also, there is a security patrol walking around and yet our car has been broken into TWICE! I have the police reports to prove it. Currently Living Here - I Wouldn't Recommend It We moved in Oct. 2017 and noticed right away poor maintenance upkeep. The vinyl wood floors in the bathroom were raised around the tub. The master tub's caulk seal is deteriorating and growing mold. We told the office of these 2 issues within the first 2 days of our move in day but nothing has been done about it. Nice on the outside... I will start with the positives. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing on both the inside and the outside. There are upgraded units available that have been beautifully renovated. The appliances are new and washers and dryers are included. The apartment complex is in a great location with easy access to the medical center, I-10, and 410. There is also a security guard that makes his rounds every evening. Dirty Common Areas and TERRIBLE Management I always try to read reviews before I rent anywhere and I honestly think all the positive reviews out there on Signature Ridge is the staff! This place is terrible!!! I currently live at this disgusting complex. It looks nice until your moving in and the buildings, stairs, pool areas and dumpsters are disgusting!
