The management is a joke Okay, I have been in this apartment for less than 4 weeks now. They have a no grace period rent payment by 1st of every month, which is fine. I had paid my balance on the 1st of August, my firsts payment ever here and on 4th of August it comes back saying "Account not found". I know I had put in my right Account number and Routing number. Poor Management This is a company who lures you in with the promise of luxury apartments. They would not work with us after months of on time payments, with serious issues we faced living in this ghetto apartment complex it is not a community! After this review run far and fast, they literally shampoo our carpet moments before we where due to move in. Also we never got a move in checklist aka inventory condition sheet which is illegal. Horrible management I wish I can give a zero star if I could. The new management company (CRES) is absolutely one of the worst business entities I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We moved out October 24, 2016 and receive the deposit in Jan 2017 (Not too bad…) After I received it, I found they get my move out date wrong, and charge me additional early termination fee which I already paid for one month's rental. Overpriced. Undermanaged Pros: -Conveniently close to medical center and easy access to I-10 -Gated community -New appliances -The overall appearance of the apartments is quite appealing, especially if you rent a remodeled unit -Two pools: one near the main office, one near the rear units -Front and rear entrance/exit -Washer & dryer included in the unit -Maybe it was because we were on the 2nd floor, but we saw very few pests. $3/month for pest control seemed to be working.
