I used Silas Frazier Realty to purchase my home. I found my house on August 1st and completed all docs as advised by Mr. Frazier. I closed with ease on August 31st. This company has also provided stellar property management service for my home for over 5 years. They were the point of contact when my tenant needed assistance.
