They have an installer that has done numerous flooring projects for me and he is the best ever! He does everything by himself and his attention to detail is amazing! I have friends that have used other installers, that have multiple workers, going fast and get a poorly installed floor. Jason does plenty for being one guy and does not cut corners. We had flooding in our basement and needed to replace the carpet pad. The guys that came over were very respectful and helpful. I couldn’t believe how fast they did everything and it’s so nice to have everything back to the way it was. Super awesome service. Highly recommend!
I had Simmons flooring replace the carpet in 7 rooms in my house. The carpet is rippling and bubbling in ALL 7 rooms. I have had to pay to get the carpet stretched because it was 2 years after install and they only warranty the labor for 1 year. Carpet is great, but the install was terrible! *In reply to company’s response. I called 18 months after install and was told about the 1 year warranty. Since that time, I have only had 1 floor of the carpet stretched seeing it was $1000, I have waited to do the remaining 4 rooms. I... read more
Simmons flooring was awesome to work with. They had great floor pricing and service. Our product arrived faster than expected and they were able to start sooner than we had hoped. They even worked out an impromptu tile removal job for us. Our installer Greg was meticulous and did outstanding work. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
