I have worked with Simply Floors 4 times now. Two of those after flood damage that required replacement of carpet. They have done LVP and carpet for me in 3/4 of my home. They are amazing to deal with, and they are reliable and impeccable with their installation. I have nothing left to remodel (hopefully for a very long time) but if I do, I will for sure be using them. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for always doing such a beautiful job!
We went with Simply Floors because they have one of the BEST selections of carpets and rugs, their professionalism, and excellent service! We needed a carpet runner for our wood stairs. Lilia walked us through the process and came over with samples we selected so we could see how it would look against our wood floors and carpet upstairs. It helped make it easier for us to choose. The flooring looks awesome! I now have a brand "new" house! I want to say a huge thank you to all seven of my Simply Floor installers who installed my new Proximity Mills waterproof LVP flooring in almost the entire house. Our experience was amazing from the start! Out initial consultation with Alycia was great and the customer service in the showroom was awesome. We had both hard flooring and carpeting installed. The hard flooring took a few hours and our entire upstairs carpeting was done in one day!!!!! We would definitely recommend Simply Floors :)
This is the second time we have used Simply Floors. First with a carpet install in three bedrooms and this time with a new 1000 square foot LVP floor over a 50 year old uneven tile floor. Our rep Kristin Mayo provided excellent help. She made three trips to the house to make sure we found the product that looked and worked best for our application.
