We enjoyed working with Kim from the Simply Floors Quincy location. The installers were so professional, and the cleanup exceeded far beyond our expectations. We are planning another project in the future and will use Simply Floors again! I have referred a friend and she is having carpet installed the first of February. Thank you.
I would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone in the metro area! They stock great products and have great customer service. I’d say the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is we had some mistakes with our installation process where the install team put the flooring down in the wrong direction and installed the wrong color risers on our stairs. I would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone who needs carpet. Mayo and the installers did a fantastic job, we just had the walls painted and made them aware of my concerns. 3 room and a staircase and not one ding on the walls. I will be coming back on my next carpet needs.
The flooring looks awesome! I now have a brand "new" house! I want to say a huge thank you to all seven of my Simply Floor installers who installed my new Proximity Mills waterproof LVP flooring in almost the entire house. We went with Simply Floors because they have one of the BEST selections of carpets and rugs, their professionalism, and excellent service! We needed a carpet runner for our wood stairs. Lilia walked us through the process and came over with samples we selected so we could see how it would look against our wood floors and carpet upstairs. It helped make it easier for us to choose.
