Excellent customer service Was welcomed with excellent customer service. I have never rented a storage unit before and received excellent customer service. The receptionist answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly. Time on paperwork took a little longer, but I asked a lot of questions which were answered to my complete satisfaction.
Everybody there was very helpful trying to find me a secure storage unit.
Wrong gate code given Gave me wrong gate code had to rent a moving truck another day and more gas and mileage on truck
