Sina was thoughtful, patient and very knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of reducing my interest rate. Sina was absolutely incredible from the beginning of this whole process when we were simply shopping around for the mortgage company we wanted to use. You can tell that he actually cares about his job and the customers he is working with. Sina made the entire process so smooth and was always there to answer my husband and I’s questions.
