We had LVP installed just after Christmas and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Valerie at the office was office was awesome. First of all she would not hesitate to order full sized samples from a vendor. She was not judgy at all when it came to how picky you could be on price or style. The install crew was great as well. They were really respectful and came back to touch up some small nicks in the baseboards that occurred during install.

We just had laminate and carpet installed this week…and have more carpet installation scheduled for next week. I’m leaving this review now (even before they are completely done serving us) because I am “over the top” impressed with 6 Floors Down! First of all, Valeri has been amazing with her communication in working with us. She’s been patient, kind and helpful throughout this entire process. We recently had Six Floors Down install new floors and carpet throughout our entire first floor and stairway. The flooring and carpeting are absolutely beautiful! The problem lies in the fact that their installer (who had been paid extra to move furniture and appliances) neglected to return the washing machine drain hose properly and subsequently flooded a portion of our upstairs, went down the floor vent and in turn water stained the finished basement ceiling. The Six Floors Down team was terrific! Steve & Mike were always upfront & honest, even when the news wasn't great. They earned my trust at every turn. They were very accommodating with scheduling & even finished early. Valeri kept me up to date on every aspect of the project. As a single homeowner I appreciate honest, experienced & skilled professionals to do the work I can't. I am so lucky that I chose Six Floors Down!

I have been looking forward to leaving this review since my initial visit to Six Floors Down, hoping the install would match up to my in-store experience. The store has plenty of flooring options to choose from without being overwhelming. Valeri was an absolute delight. She was so welcoming and helpful throughout the process.
