We just had laminate and carpet installed this week…and have more carpet installation scheduled for next week. I’m leaving this review now (even before they are completely done serving us) because I am “over the top” impressed with 6 Floors Down! We recently had Six Floors Down install new floors and carpet throughout our entire first floor and stairway. The flooring and carpeting are absolutely beautiful! The problem lies in the fact that their installer (who had been paid extra to move furniture and appliances) neglected to return the washing machine drain hose properly and subsequently flooded a portion of our upstairs, went down the floor vent and in turn water stained the finished basement ceiling. The Six Floors Down team was terrific! Steve & Mike were always upfront & honest, even when the news wasn't great. They earned my trust at every turn. They were very accommodating with scheduling & even finished early. Valeri kept me up to date on every aspect of the project.
