I had to leave this practice after 14 years. The doctors do not care like they used to. They refuse to write referrals to see specialists even for issues that aren't resolving with their care. The office staff continued to become less and less efficient. I wish I could say it was just this location but it isn't. If I could rate this a -3 I would! My doctor (Dr. Stewart) is incredible, but the office staff has been incredibly difficult to deal with. The Doctor is out of network for me, but I go to him because I like him and feel he is a good Doctor who seems to care. Today, before I could see him, the receptionist asks me to sign the digital pad,she said it was just saying "that I want to consent for treatment." I've been a patient here for three years, only visiting for routine annual physicals. My first doctor, Dr. Ranson, rushed through the exam and lacked any personal connection. I switched to Dr. Napolitano the following year and had a much better experience. Things have really gone downhill since the COVID days. My doctor (Dr. Stewart) is incredible, but the office staff has been incredibly difficult to deal with. Every time I call, I'm on a 20-30 minute hold just for someone to answer the phone, when I do get someone from the administrative staff I have to repeat everything I say multiple times, the last time I checked in for an appointment I waited 45 minutes and received a "No Show" notice through text as I was sitting there in the waiting room because the receptionist failed... read more
Update to prior review of 5 stars: We went in for a visit today for the results of bloodwork for my mother who is 79 years old. The nurse asked what the visit was for, and I responded and said we didn't know. My mom was excited to see her again even complimenting her saying she was our favorite nurse and she was so nice and did such a great job at bloodwork.
