Approaching year #3 with the Skyhouse Austin, and the customer service and response from property management never wavered. I am so happy with living at the that skyhouse and the amenities along with the solid management team makes it worth it !! I am originally from Chicago and living at the skyshouse give me that south loop feel. Shout out to Rob assistant property manager who is doing all of the right things to make this place a wonderful opportunity especially if you are new to Austin!

Absolutely beautiful views, layouts not huge but location is great for those seeking the vitality and walkability of downtown!

Great view & amazing staff members BUT a number of problems with the building. My chief complaint: a poorly constructed apartment complex = crummy interior acoustics. It also doesn't help that this building is situated in a bustling neighborhood. My neighbor reported and harassed me for "loud" music a number of times without my knowledge (I lived in #1009). My lease was terminated after just (2) warnings of loud music issued by management. If he still lives there, I feel badly for his next door neighbor trying to enjoy the... read more
