on site not helpful, on the verge of condescending in dealing with customers. I rent an office space - was dirty when I moved in and had a window shade over the window. That shade fell down two weeks ago and I met with on duty manager who said "they were doing some work next door which probably caused it to fall, we will get it put back up. Great service and clean space! The office manager Dee is a dream to work with, she is knowledgeable and professional. Should I ever need storage I will return.

I have been renting here since it opened. When I moved recently I looked for a climate controlled storage unit closer to home. Ultimately I kept my unit here despite the drive because it is cleaner and better maintained then all of the alternatives I looked at, and because the staff here have always been friendly, professional and extremely helpful when I've had questions. The office and loading entrance are wheelchair accessible, with two van accessible parking spots directly in front of the office entrance.

My girl Dee is the bomb. Always nice and friendly.
