The Smile Shop is the perfect name for this practice. I left with a big beautiful smile and several weeks later, I'm still smiling and so happy with all thier work. This is a very professional, friendly team that cares. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule and helped submit my dental claim, as my insurance only pays directly to me. It was my first time visit and needed to be seen immediately and was accommodated.I felt very comfortable and my situation was evaluated and a course of action was planned.At this time I anticipate following up with another appointment as recommended.
As always the staff at Granados was caring and professional. The new dentist I saw was very knowledgeable and supportive. She explained everything to me and discussed options, and on top I had no pain which is very important to me. Thank you and the entire staff!
I have always, over all the years of coming to the Tooth Fairy University, been welcomed with very warm smiles and care. Dr. John is always honest about what needs to be done and all his wonderful team complete the experience. And now there is a wonderful team mate whose secret code name is "I love Hamburgers" and is a perfect addition to the Granados family. This the second time in four visits I waited 45 minutes to start my procedure. I love the dentist but the scheduling needs improvement.
Warmly greeted by front desk, and staff members! Treated with respect and concern, thorough first exam, and a gentle, comfortable cleaning. We reviewed home dental care, and discussed future care too! I came away feeling well cared for, and happy with my decision to go with Granados Dental!!
