My dad went into this facility after a syncope episode that resulted in a broken collar bone. My dad suffers from Alzheimers unfortunately the staff does not seem to understand patients with memory problems. For example the nurse said he could have pain meds "as needed" but she didn't seem understand he can no longer talk to tell her he needs pain meds. The nursing assistants were asking him to doing things he couldn't do with a broken collar bone and one was getting frustrated with him for not listening to her so I had to ... read more
