We went to Snows in Guildford to discuss getting a newer car. The welcome and service we received from Jamie was first class, cheerful and welcoming. He took time to explain the benefits of the Hybrid Niro while not putting any excessive pressure on us. The service we received again from Jamie when buying the car was just as professional. We look forward to enjoying our purchase.
Last year we ordered our first mobility car. It was exciting but scary. Ashley McDermott was amazing talking us through everything and helping us choose the right make and model for us. He made the process easy for us. Every time there was an update on our car he would email us so we knew what was going on. All in all we had the best experience. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they were thinking of buying a car.
Everyone at Snows Guildford has been a delight to deal with in particular Jamie Woodland. Jamie is an outstanding sales person, amazing product knowledge & always very helpful when answering questions & detailing documents for signing. My new car is perfect, & on pick up Jamie was considerate in not over loading with instructions. But he always had an answer for any question. Fran was lovely and super helpful. She stayed a little later to put the sale of our car through. Accommodating to our time schedule and she was so patient (as we had our small son with us). A genuinely lovely woman who made the whole experience easy and less stressful. The car is lovely, also. Very happy customer.
Alex gave us great service and advice when buying our first KIA! He was very attentive and patient with our detailed/silly questions, would thoroughly recommend!
